A proud native of metro Atlanta, I am a journalist by training, and communications strategist and tactician by profession and passion. I’ve worked in marketing and PR in higher education for a decade, as a science writer, PR generalist, media relations coordinator, and a member of the social media team of one institution’s central PR team.
I’m now involved in advising administration, project planning, website editing and content administration, and digital publications.
I am also involved in my community, volunteering for marketing and operational services for a local organization that is a parent of two non-profit choruses, including a historic chorus that is one of the oldest of its kind in the country.
I have created this site as a home for personal and professional projects, tinkering with WordPress, HTML and CSS, and showcasing some of the work for which I am most proud. This site will continue to be a work in progress, and I appreciate your patience with it.
